You've decided on your Puppy, now what?

• Contacting D&D Kennel and verifying that your specific puppy is available. Deposit of $250 will secure your puppy until going home

• Puppies do not leave D&D Kennel until 8-9 weeks old, in the meantime I try to send you pics of your puppy so you can see them as they grow

• Your puppy will need to be picked up or shipped within 7 days after turning 8 weeks old or there will be a boarding fee added for each day passed the 7 days

• We have a health contract. We do require the puppy goes to your vet within 3 days of pick-up. We will need proof that it has been done for the health contract to be valid

• Puppies will be vet checked and up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming

• Your puppy will need to have booster vaccinations at 12 weeks and at 16 weeks

• Shipping by ground transport if needed, for an additional charge

• We do offer Microchipping for your new puppy. A Fee of $25 will be added to your invoice

Included in D&D Kennels Puppy Contract:

• Buyer and seller information

• Pet Information including breed, sex, color, weight, birth date, pet ID, microchip ID, ACHC Registration ID

• Medical records including status, date and medication type for all age-appropriate vaccinations and procedures

• Sales information including date of sale and price paid

Included in your D&D Kennels Pick-Up Puppy Kit:

• A copy of your contract and paid receipt

• Application for Registration paperwork

• Microchip activation form (if you chose to Microchip your puppy)

• Helpful information including your breed of puppy, basic care, house-training, medications, food & products that can be harmful to the health and well-being of your new puppy

• Vaccination records

• Start of Nuvet & puppy food
