About DND Kennel
DND Puppies is a USDA and State Licensed breeder committed to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies in a safe and caring environment. We strive to provide accurate information about our puppies, breeding program, and services, but reserve the right to update information at any time without notice.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation or security.

Puppy Availability
All puppies are subject to availability. Listings, pricing, photos, and descriptions may change without notice as puppies become reserved, sold, or unavailable.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a puppy.
We reserve the right to decline the sale of a puppy if we believe it is not in the puppy's best interest.
Deposits & Reservations
A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to another available puppy at DND Puppies' discretion.

A puppy is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.
Payments
Final payment must be received before or at the time of pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the purchasing process.
Health & Veterinary Care
Our puppies receive age-appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, and preventative treatments before joining their new families.
Health records and any applicable health guarantee will be provided at pickup or delivery.
We recommend that every buyer schedule a wellness examination with their licensed veterinarian within a few days of bringing their puppy home.
Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing a puppy from DND Puppies, you agree to:

Provide appropriate food, housing, exercise, training, and veterinary care.

Comply with all local, state, and federal animal ownership laws.

Treat your puppy humanely and responsibly throughout its lifetime.

Understand that puppies require ongoing training, socialization, and regular veterinary care.
Pickup, Delivery & Transportation
If transportation or delivery services are offered, arrangements and fees will be communicated before purchase.
Once a puppy has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for the puppy transfers to the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DND Puppies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the purchase of a puppy.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the puppy.
